A 555-square foot residential addition and remodel designed to create a fully accessible living environment while expanding and improving the existing 1220-square foot home. The project added a new bedroom, accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, laundry, and covered entry ramp, along with new decks and exterior circulation. The design carefully responds to the sloping site, ocean views, and the homeowners’ accessibility needs while integrating the addition with the existing residence.
