The design combines an efficient footprint with thoughtful architectural details, abundant natural light, and a strong connection to the outdoors.

Lumen is a pre-designed residential plan set developed by Jen Jones Architecture. It is a registered plan with the City of Bellingham and was designed specifically for Washington State. The architectural and structural drawings were developed in collaboration with a licensed professional engineer, providing homeowners with a thoughtfully designed path toward creating a well-crafted smaller dwelling.
