This downloadable set includdes (13) 24”x36” pdf sheets of architectural and structural drawings, designed in collaboration with Professional Engineer Brandon Hausmann. It includes:

This set provides approximately 90% of the drawings needed for a buiding permit and serves as an excellent starting point. Final permit approval will require site-specific engineering and a custom siteplan.
