This transformative remodel honors the soul of an existing 4-bedroom home while elevating it into a light-filled sanctuary. Located on the lush slopes of Hawai‘i Island, the project included a full kitchen renovation, primary bedroom lanai and bathroom addition, new powder room, thoughtful interior updates, and the addition of a spacious covered lanai oriented toward views of Mauna Kea.

Natural materials, custom woodwork, and curated art pieces bring warmth and personality throughout, while large windows and open-air living areas invite the surrounding landscape into daily life. This project was a true collaboration—balancing modern island living with deep respect for place.
