Designed for a compact 3,600 sf corner lot, this highly custom two-story home maximizes space, light, and function. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the lower level and a private upper-level primary suite that opens to a rooftop garden above the 2-car garage, the layout is both efficient and spacious. Salvaged windows and doors from the owner were thoughtfully incorporated, adding character and sustainability to the design. Total living space: 1,150 sf + 420 sf garage.
