Lead Architect for residential New Construction
A detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU) for a property in Waimea on Hawaii’s Big Island. The 1,247 square-foot residence features 2-bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, large open kitchen and dining with separate living room and covered lanais. Natural cedar wood siding, a stone-clad foundation, and a standing seam metal roof create a simple, function and beautiful design well suited to the Waimea landscape.
